Same care for every car

A McLaren and a ten-year-old sedan ride on the same deck, get the same straps and the same attention. That’s the idea behind RPT: the care people expect for a six-figure car, applied to whatever you need moved.

How we carry exotics

Supercars ask for patience more than muscle. Here’s how they ride with us.

More details
Tires, not frame
Ratchet straps loop over the wheels — as on this 720S. No hooks on suspension arms, no chains near paint.
Slow on the ramp
Clearance is checked before loading. If the approach is tight, we stop and solve it rather than scrape it.
Eyes on it the whole way
The person who strapped it down is the person driving it. No hand-offs between trucks.

Questions people ask

Is RPT only for luxury cars?

No. Everyday cars are most of what we do, along with auction pickups, exotics and equipment — and every load gets the same care.

Can you pick up a car I bought at auction?

Yes. We pick up from participating auction yards around Sacramento, such as Copart and IAA locations, once the vehicle is released to you. Call or text with the auction, lot number and destination. Buying regularly? Ask about a repeat-customer rate — it depends on current fuel prices.

Do you tow directly from freeways or highways?

No. We offer vehicle towing and transport from accessible pickup locations, but not directly from freeway or highway roadsides. We can still transport vehicles between cities using highway routes.

Can you help if I need a tow urgently?

Call to check availability — Serhey takes urgent tows when he can, but it isn’t an overnight service. If he can’t help, he may be able to recommend a trusted towing professional; arrange availability, timing and pricing directly with them.

Do you use an open or enclosed trailer?

Open. Both of our trailers are open car haulers — we don’t offer enclosed transport.

Can you move machinery that has to be lifted on?

Yes, up to about 10,000 lb, when there’s a forklift or other loading equipment at pickup and delivery — like the lathe in our photos. Send dimensions, weight and a photo, and we’ll tell you whether it fits.

What else can you haul?

Cars, pickups and light trucks, motorcycles, ATVs and jet skis, plus shop machinery — up to about 10,000 lb. We don’t haul tractors or forklifts.

Can you take a vehicle that doesn’t run?

Yes — most of the vehicles we move don’t run. Tell us whether it rolls, steers and brakes, and whether any wheels are missing. A hard-to-load vehicle may add about $10–20, agreed before pickup.

How is the price worked out?

By distance, the type of load and how easy pickup and drop-off are. You get one clear number before pickup.

Do you go to San Francisco and the Bay Area?

Yes. Sacramento to San Francisco and other Bay Area routes run as scheduled, longer-distance transport — planned in advance and quoted for your specific route. We don’t travel out of state.

How do I pay?

Zelle, cash or a business check. A receipt is available on request after the job. Payment is arranged directly with Serhey — there’s no online checkout.
