What we collect
This website has no forms, accounts or online payments. We only get your information when you call or text Serhey: your phone number, your name if you give it, and the details you send about the vehicle, the pickup and the destination.
How we use it
Only to answer you, give you a quote and do the job you ask for — arranging the pickup, the delivery and the payment.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. Serhey shares your name, number or vehicle details with someone else only if you ask him to or agree to it on the call — for example, when he connects you with another towing professional because he can’t take the job.
Website data
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies. The site doesn’t track you across other websites, so a browser “Do Not Track” setting changes nothing here.
Cookies
One cookie, rpt_lang, remembers the language you chose so the site opens in it next time. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your messages and calls
Your call and text history stays on Serhey’s phone. If you ask, Serhey deletes your messages and details — just call or text him.
